    Unique opportunity for someone with the right blend of IT Service Management and Project Management skills.

    The opportunity

    On offer is a permanent role where you will be a key player in this organisation’s ITSM team. Your role will involve responsibility for the overall uplift within the ITSM capability as well as the delivery of key IT projects throughout the project lifecycle. The Australia lT team is relatively small and includes an in-house helpdesk function but you will be supported by a considerable in-house offshore team and local vendors to help achieve organisational goals.

    Your day to day responsibilities

  • Accountable for local project management and delivery in line with Global IT strategy.
  • Constantly striving to improve the service management quality by implementing company wide standards
  • Distinguish, maintain and continuously improve IT operational processes in line with ITIL best practice
  • Prepare and deliver workshops and training to users in line with the overall business IT strategy
  • Your prior experience might include

  • The successful candidate would ideally have the following –Significant experience in service management paying particular attention to ITIL operation processesEnd to end project management experience in delivering IT solutions following standard best practiceProven record in delivering significant improvements across the ITSM space in enterprise organisationsWorking knowledge of the Microsoft suite of tools including Office 365
