The purpose of the Deposits Tribe is toprovide products that are simple, easy to use and enable our customers to bankwith confidence. Through the design, manufacture and management of a simplerange of savings and transaction products to bring the customer proposition tolife for our Retail and Business customers.

As an Asset Governance Manager (knowninternally as a Journey Expert ), inour Well-Managed chapter, your mission is to support the accurate, reliable andsustainable delivery of ANZ’s products & services through active oversightand management of the assets and systems that are owned by the Deposits Tribe.

This includes 3 of ANZ’s Core Systems, Customer and Account Processing(CAP), Core Transaction Management (CTM) and V2 Plus, as well as othernon-mainframe based assets that relate to the delivery of our Deposit products.

Supporting the Deposit’s General Manager as the business asset roleowner for these systems, your role will be to proactively oversight &coordinate the effective management across the technology disciplines in linewith ANZ’s Asset Accountability Model:

  • Security – Protect or enable our processes, services,products or information across ANZ systems
  • Business Rules and Automation – Effective definition, features orfunctionality, and optimization of business logic / rules
  • Technology Resilience – Adequate system resilience and availabilityto prevent or recover from downtime or outages
  • Third Parties and Partners – Actively monitor partners and third parties(or their third parties) that handle, process and / or store ANZ electronicdata
  • Data – Monitor the availability, retention, andlatency of data within ANZ systems
  • IT Asset Lifecycle Management – IT assets critical to the process areaccounted for and kept current, and any remediation actions identified aredocumented and completed
  • Change and Release Management – Changes arising from initiatives/newsolutions are appropriately tested and transitioned into operations, and anyremediation actions are documented and completed
  • You will be the key conduit between our technology partners, frontline& operations teams to ensure that the technology disciplines are welladhered to, ultimately ensuring that our systems are fit for purpose andoperating within a transparent and sound risk profile.
