We are seeking a Junior Systems Integrator reporting into Manager of Professional Service and delivers security software solutions to government, enterprise and banking customers including solution design, installation and training, and occasionally customization development and solution support.
Assist Customer staff in deployment and installation of products.
Facilitate the successful resolution of Customer deployment issues through effective use of the Entrust Support and/or Auth & PKI Professional Services organization.
Attend meetings to understand the Customer’s PKI requirements and provide the Customer with development and deployment options and provide informal knowledge transfer for all products.
Identify any software customization requirements for the Customer projects.
Research existing infrastructure and functionality, hardware, software and third-party products, and provide architectural guidance specific to future business and technical needs, product utilization and disaster recovery
Ensures that Customer’s needs have been met and that the product/solution is fully functioning according to specification.
The Skills & Experience
Secure Web based authentication and rights management solutions – Ideally 1+ years experience OR solid commercial experience
Public key infrastructures (PKI) and digital certificate technology – At least 12 mths would be highly regarded
Digital signature and eIDAS legislation.
Authentication protocols (SAML 2.0, Oauth 2.0, Open ID Connect) and concepts (2FA, Federation).
Smartcard and token-based solutions.
Web technology deployment, especially Java based.
Container based deployment, especially Docker and Kubernetes
Hardware Security Module such as nCipher and Luna
Directories (OpenLDAP, Active Directory).
Databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server).
A strong technical background in Information Technology Security is desirable.
Knowledge of and experience with large IT infrastructure
Working experience in Linux and Window Server
Working experience with Ansible, Python & shell scripting
Capable of learning new technologies and products quickly
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills
To succeed in the role, you will have:
Travel nationally across Aus/NZ with the occasional trip internationally as required. The ability to work autonomously is mandatory as most of the jobs will be solely attended with support via the phone when needed.
