As a Staff Data Engineer, you will be part of our Data Engineering team. In your role, you will work closely with Data Analysts, Data Scientists, Product Managers and Software Engineering teams. You will be responsible for extending and optimizing our data platform and architecture to provide a reliable and trustworthy data as a service offering. Your work will ensure our data pipelines are running efficiently, our enterprise data lakes and data warehouses are up to date and operating reliably, and data is presented to our analysts, scientists, and stakeholders in an easy-to-use, trustworthy, and self-serviceable manner.
You will be self-directed and comfortable supporting the data needs of multiple teams, systems, and products. Working with your fellow Data Engineers to solve business problems, provide training on tooling, sharing knowledge on making sense of data, and forge trusted ongoing engagement with our breadth of stakeholders. You will need to love the prospect of a fast-paced environment, working with a wide range of data tools, and optimizing and bringing our data architecture into maturity to support our growing business needs.
