We are currently seeking a Lead Field Service Technician to join in our Nowra, New South Wales service site.Reporting to the ACT Location Manager, your focus will be to work with legacy systems, cloud-based systems and remote/mobile tasking to dynamically drive actions and provide recommendations to customers on building performance and comfort improvements. You will lead and manage complex projects while maximizing customer satisfaction and minimizing customer site downtime.
This role provides the benefit of working at a coastal location with the flexibility of working time & rotating shifts. You will also have an excellent opportunity to be working on reputable long-term projects with Key Honeywell customers.
·Service, maintenance, repairs and commissioning of Honeywell and third-party equipment (as per trade expertise)
·Deliver proactive and measurable outcomes, from Connected services technology for our customers on building performance and interrogation of building systems
·Investigate trends, identify issues and work to provide solutions for our customers based on Outcome Based Service (OBS) and other Connected Services offerings
·Utilise the output of OBS technology to proactively identify and estimate materials costs and quantities for reactive works and pass on information required to price jobs to Account Manager’s/Solution Advisors
·Reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives and use the OBS technology such as the Customer Portal to drive this delivery.
Key Experience & Capabilities:
·Trade background in Security/CCTV and/or HVAC control systems with industry experience in Installation, Maintenance, fault investigations and ICT & Network Communication skills.
·High Written and Verbal communication skills
·Natural problem solver and leadership skills
·Experience working in high security environments/locations
·Working with remote team and remote locations (good calibration skills)
·Must acquire/maintain an appropriate security clearance/license for customer sites
