The Lead Sales Specialist for BH Panametrics will set sales
strategy and tactics for the ANZ region, manage the commercial activities in
the region and partner with global sales, Service and Product Line teams. In
this role, you will be responsible for growing orders, sales, CM, and pipeline.
This job is focused on the Panametrics brand product line (including Ultrasonic
Flow Meters, Gas & Moisture analyzers and Commerical Service Selling), with
aggressive growth targets.


In addition you will:

+ Own orders, sales and CM OP for Panametricswithin the ANZ region

+ Drive strategy and growth initiatives withinregion

+ Manage and optimize channel partners to meet bothshort term and long term needs

+ Drive aggressive growth targets acrossapplicable industries

+ Leverage available tools to optimize operatingrhythm and drive productivity

+ Work with global product management, sales,services, engineering and marketing teams to deliver segment appropriatesolutions to customer problems and develop / grow a balanced pipeline of futureopportunities

+ Work closely with the APAC M&S SalesDirector, Country Leader and Panametrics APAC/China Leader to drive globalprograms and maintain consistency in commercial activity

+ Support the Channel Partner strategy anddevelopment within the region working closely with the regional and global ChannelLeader

+ Provide VOC and customer / competitor data toProduct Management and be an active participant in the development ofcommercial PL strategy to grow business in ANZ

+ Own regional input for budgeting, planning,Strategy (Blue Print & Growth Playbook) and the weekly forecasting

+ Use market and customer intelligence topartner with global sales, Service, PM, & Marketing teams in thedevelopment of future growth playbook strategies

+ Maintain a deep understanding of ourcompetition’s product range, positioning and sales strategy within the marketsegment, accounts, and shares


+ Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, ComputerScience, or Business from an accredited college or university

+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in a salesposition within industrial segments

+ Managing channel experience is preferred

+ Knowledge of related Flow, Gas& Moisture analyticalproducts, services and markets

+ Strong oral and written communicationskills

+ Strong interpersonal and leadershipskills

+ Able to effectively interface with all levelsof internal and external customers

+ Working knowledge of assigned systems andclient organization and practices

+ Knowledge of customer financial drivers /needs

+ Experience using SalesForce.com

+ Experience and proven track record ofstrategic thinking , change management and market development

+ External growth focus with proven ability torespond quickly to customer needs

+ Proven coordination and influence skills,especially with HQ teams

+ High proficiency in utilizing analyticalsoftware and sales tools (Deal Machine, Excel, etc.)
