    This Fixed term contract position has a primary responsibility to deliver quality learning and development outputs for the CA study master class and CPD. The role location is flexible within Australia or New Zealand.

    This position will be working on the CA X Project, a critical program of work to transform the current CA Program. CA X will be a prestigious and rigorous program using leading edge and emerging practices to create CA professionals equipped with the ‘work-ready’ skills demanded by business and employers

    The Opportunity

  • Designing learning experiences that are both relevant and contemporary and transforms the Chartered Accountants Program
  • Working with key SMEs to transform content into best practice learning experiences, using a wide range of delivery methods
  • Develop content maps and asset blueprints incorporating appropriate content to meet identified training needs within scope
  • Review content and inputs provided to determine appropriateness and identify any gaps
  • Work collaboratively with identified SMEs and clients to ensure content accuracy and appropriateness

  • 5 years + Experience in developing learning solution in various types of media including all types of digital and blended learning
  • Ability to conceptualise learning solutions including prototype designs, sample websites and virtual classroom
  • Education in a relevant field and/or equivalent business experience
  • Experience in providing learning services in the tertiary and/or professional education sector desirable
  • Have a strong understanding of the issues relating to the future of work and how this will impact learning design methods, principles and delivery modes
  • Highly developed research skills & a demonstrated ability to work on multiple and/or complex projects to defined project deadlines, with a minimum of supervision
