The Licensing and Registrations Team is responsible for the administration and call centre service provision for licensing, registrations and functions as the lead regulator for horse investment schemes for Queensland. The Licensing and Registrations Officer reports to the Senior Licensing and Registrations Officer, and provides quality customer focussed services and information in relation to licensing, registration and wagering operator applications and enquiries. The position requires strong communication and relationship management capabilities, to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
