The Role:

We have an exciting opportunity for a c asual Lifeguard/Pool Attendant  to join our largest client in  Holsworthy, NSW. 

The successful candidate will be required to work a  flexible rotating roster from 5.30am to 9pm,  Monday to Sunday and public holidays.

Rosters will be allocated a month in advance depending on preference.

Due to the security clearance for this account to be successful, you must be an  Australian Citizen

 You will be responsible for:

  • Daily operations of pools and life rescue (when required);
  • Opening and closing of the facility;
  • Safety checks of facility and equipment;
  • Pool water testing;
  • Answering phones & pool bookings;
  • Management of loan equipment;
  • Member sign-in;
  • Ensure all members obey facility rules;
  • General housekeeping.
  • Working in the onsite gyms
  • Skills & Experience:

  • Relevant lifesaving qualifications such as Pool lifeguard Award is a must;
  • Driver’s License;
  • Demonstrated customer service experience; 
  • Able to communicate with stakeholders at different levels;
  • Able to work with limited supervision and use initiative to determine priorities and manage workloads within specified time frames;
  • Demonstrated experience in multi-tasking of various duties.
