THE ROLE:

  • Growing aged care provider looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join their aged care facility.
  • This will be a state of the art aged care facility located in the Sunshine Coast.
  • This is a part-time opportunity although during busy periods you could be required to do close to full-time hours, this is negotiable and quite flexible
  • Coordinating and developing lifestyle programs to suit all the needs and wants of the resident’s at the aged care facility
  • Implement and plan new activities for the residents 
  • Establish your understanding of the resident’s intellectual, social, personal and physical wellbeings
  • Further develop and educate your care staff team

  • SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Previous experience in a similar position within aged care 
  • Demonstrated knowledge of determining a resident’s intellectual, social, personal and physical wellbeing
  • Strong experienced in implementing and planning programs for the residents
  • Excellent interpersonal communication
