Growing aged care provider looking for a Lifestyle Coordinator to join their aged care facility.
This will be a state of the art aged care facility located in the Sunshine Coast.
This is a part-time opportunity although during busy periods you could be required to do close to full-time hours, this is negotiable and quite flexible
Coordinating and developing lifestyle programs to suit all the needs and wants of the resident’s at the aged care facility
Implement and plan new activities for the residents
Establish your understanding of the resident’s intellectual, social, personal and physical wellbeings
Further develop and educate your care staff team

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Previous experience in a similar position within aged care
Demonstrated knowledge of determining a resident’s intellectual, social, personal and physical wellbeing
Strong experienced in implementing and planning programs for the residents
Excellent interpersonal communication
