Using artificial intelligence, analytics, engagement, guidance, and automation, WalkMe’s transparent overlay assists users to complete tasks easily within any enterprise software, mobile application or website.About the RoleAs we continue to expand our presence in ANZ, we are looking for an experienced and motivated Manager of Account Management, to manage the team responsible for completing the post-sales life cycle for WalkMe’s portfolio of customers, serving as the advocate for each customer and accelerating WalkMe’s expansion within each account.

What You’ll Own (OR What You’ll Do)

  • You will lead strategy for the APJ/SEA regions Account Management team to ensure the successful adoption, ROI realization, retention, and growth of customers
  • Drive expansion and renewal – work with the account executives and product teams to understand and formalize our processes to reduce churn, renew customer accounts, and identifying qualified, incremental opportunities for Sales
  • Own a number of key accounts in the region and be directly responsible for their value realization, retention and growth
  • Collaborate closely with our Sales, service and Product to improve the customer lifecycle and drive successful outcomes for our customers
  • Enhance our Large Enterprise and Enterprise customer segments with a focus on building strategy and coaching a team of seasoned Account Managers (AMs)
  • You and your team will gather customer feedback and insights in the region to help align customer adoption needs with our product roadmap.
  • Additionally, you will collaborate with other managers and leaders across the broader WalkMe organization to achieve success for both customers and WalkMe.

    What You Need to Succeed

  • 8+ years of customer success experience preferably within a SaaS organization
  • 3+ years of relevant management experience preferably within a SaaS organization managing a team of 4-8 team members
  • You have built or transformed client success or account management organizations in the past and owned a book of business across multiple segments
  • You managed teams that built a loyal following of enterprise customers and clients by delivering value, understanding how they use the product, while developing a high-trust relationship
  • Your team managed a fast-growing customer based inclusive of the Fortune 500, with ARR accountability above $10M and global experience
  • SaaS experience – essential to understand the technical intricacies and realities of supporting, managing and measuring a subscription revenue base
  • A passion for leadership and growing teams
  • Comfortable and willing to be a hands-on contributor
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree
