This role will lead a team of new business Account Executives with responsibility for driving revenue through prospecting, marketing and selling our suite of SaaS eCommerce solutions to Brands and Retailers. You will be tasked with spearheading the development, motivation and training of the sales team- The successful candidate will motivate, develop and inspire our team to achieve great results!Responsibilities: Maintain a high energy, motivational and high performance sales environmentMeet and/exceed monthly and quarterly sales revenue quotaRun regular account and deal reviewsDrive sales of new product areas into named accountsResponsible for accurate sales forecasting and team KPI’sHiring, scaling revenue growth, interaction and engagement with other critical parts of the organisation.Hold regular 1:1 with direct reportsEffectively manage staff performance issuesTimely Resolution of all New Business related issues internal and external.Need to establish effective communication channels with other teams and managers.Submit weekly progress reports & participate in quarterly kick-offs.Facilitate regular account targeting meetings as well as specific account Strategy calls in early stages of a sales cycleKey Skills/Experience:Proven direct sales experience at a mid-market / Enterprise level requiredProven sales management experience preferred within the eCommerce/Software/ Technology arena (e.g. e-Commerce,IT/ software services, web/ application/ platform hosting, SAAS, Cloud computing)7+ years in sales leadership position, Min 10+ years software, eCommerce and/or in relevant industry for Solution Sales and Consulting experience with successful and progressive track record of accomplishment and increasing responsibilityAdvanced leadership skills with responsibility for leading senior Sales and SE resourcesThe ability to work effectively with people in a high-growth, fast-paced environment and drive results monthly.Willing to work hard to customer, sales and marketing driven deadlines.Attend trade-shows, actively engaging attendees and initiating conversations with prospectsSuperior professional presence and business acumen.Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work as an effective team member, along with the ability to apply logical thinking and a good reasoning ability.
