AHP DHC is seeking a Marketing and Design Administrator to join its team of passionate professionals.
Working in collaboration with Marketing and overall Disability and Home Care team members. In this role you will be delivering innovative and effective marketing communications, events and campaigns.
The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for taking ownership within managing graphic design outputs including product information sheets, brochures, e-newsletters, social media graphics with the Disability Space.
Meet with business leads to determine the scope of a project
Use digital illustration, photo-editing software, and layout software to create designs
Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
Design layouts and select colours, images, and typefaces to use
Present design concepts
Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them
Passion and knowledge in the Disability and Home Care space
Willingness to take ownership of projects
Ability to work autonomously or as part of a team.
You will have:
Previous experience working within the marketing and design space within Disability/Community work
Bachelor degree (preferred) in graphic design or related
2+ years’ experience marketing and design experience
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
Experience with marketing automation / email marketing systems, e.g. Dot Digital Engagement Cloud, Campaign Monitor, etc.
Previous experience with producing a range of media for channels including print, digital and social media
Strong internal stakeholder management skills
Excellent planning and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar
Project management skills
Ability to multitask various projects in a fast-paced environment
Be a team player who can also work autonomously
Demonstrated ability as a quick learner
A customer-oriented ‘can do’ attitude
Great communication & collaboration skills
Flexible and ability to adapt quickly to different situations
Strong ethics and credibility with a high degree of integrity
