Australian Health Professionals (AHP) is a group of businesses in the health and medical space. AHP operates as a recruitment company specialising in health and medical, aged care service provider, NDIS provider, Occupational Rehabilitation Provider and is also a registered Not-For-Profit with a charity arm, the AHP Foundation.

AHP DHC is seeking a Marketing and Design Administrator to join its team of passionate professionals.

Working in collaboration with Marketing and overall Disability and Home Care team members. In this role you will be delivering innovative and effective marketing communications, events and campaigns.

The Marketing Administrator will be responsible for taking ownership within managing graphic design outputs including product information sheets, brochures, e-newsletters, social media graphics with the Disability Space.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meet with business leads to determine the scope of a project
  • Use digital illustration, photo-editing software, and layout software to create designs
  • Create visual elements such as logos, original images, and illustrations that help deliver a desired message
  • Design layouts and select colours, images, and typefaces to use
  • Present design concepts
  • Incorporate changes recommended by clients or art directors into final designs
  • Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

  • You will have:

  • Previous experience working within the marketing and design space within Disability/Community work 
  • Bachelor degree (preferred) in graphic design or related
  • 2+ years’ experience marketing and design experience
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite, e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator
  • Experience with marketing automation / email marketing systems, e.g. Dot Digital Engagement Cloud, Campaign Monitor, etc.
  • Previous experience with producing a range of media for channels including print, digital and social media
  • Strong internal stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent planning and time management skills with exceptional attention to detail and grammar
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to multitask various projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team player who can also work autonomously
