    In this varied and challenging marketing role, you will be part of a team delivering high quality, data driven, and results focussed marketing, brand and fundraising activity.

    This role supports the marketing team to deliver vital marketing and communications to increase donations and reputation, and manages the day to day functions of a marketing team.

    Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Assist in the delivery of marketing and communications plans to ensure all KPI’s are achieved
  • Support the Marketing team to deliver collateral, content, campaigns and social media community management
  • Responsible for assisting to coordinate activities across campaigns; planning and managing the project plan, ensuring all critical deliverables and activities are delivered in a timely manner to achieve results and highest possible return on investment
  • Assist with the delivery of marketing team processes to ensure quality delivery
  • Provide regular reporting and updates as required.
  • Work collaboratively and contribute to a motivating team environment across marketing, fundraising and research teams
  • Deliver other marketing projects and activities as required
  • Essential skills:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or a relevant discipline and/or relevant practical experience
  • Minimum 2+ years’ experience in a similar marketing role
  • Highly organised with ability to meet deadlines and multi task
  • Advanced computer skills including experience with Microsoft applications. Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is highly desirable but not essential
  • Proven ability to take initiative, work autonomously and productively as part of a team
  • Able to establish and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver effective marketing activity with limited budget expenditure
