We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our team in our Sydney office.
Reporting to the A/NZ Marketing Manager, the Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing branded campaigns across A/NZ aimed at generating leads and building brand awareness. The main goal will be to turn pipeline into prospect accounts as well as to create up-sell and cross-sell opportunities within existing clients.
We are seeking a strong team player, capable of working with Marketing, Sales and Consulting teams, to collaborate on ideas and develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns.
+ Execute marketing projects ? Carry out strategic initiatives to drive brand awareness, demand generation and support sales enablement in alignment with business priorities, supporting revenue increase while accelerating and influencing pipeline.
+ Enhance company visibility ? Put into practice creative ideas to support brand and company visibility internally and externally.
+ Develop and execute campaigns and events ? Create and run campaigns and events (in-person and virtual) to drive awareness and generate leads. Use various channels such as webinars, customer and industry events, optimisation, email, PR, advertising across channels including LinkedIn and other paid and search channels etc., to reach target audiences.
+ Create content – Develop local content pieces in alignment with key themes to drive brand awareness using channels such as blogs, opinion pieces, video content, testimonials for top, middle and bottom of funnel inbound and outbound activities
+ Communicate – Use strong communications skills to communicate project progress across local and global teams.
+ Collaborate – Collaborate with key stakeholders to build campaigns and sales enablement activities and leverage global content for local positioning in programs. Work with local and global business partners to drive joint demand creation campaigns.
+ Build relationships – Works with various global marketing functions and local sales team to help further marketing effectiveness. Understand and adhere to all corporate policies
+ Maintain CRM – Input of data and lead allocation of follow up activities for the Sales team
+ Bachelor?s degree in Marketing or related field required.
+ 5+ years of B2B marketing experience, developing integrated marketing programmes for SaaS based software vendors in the B2B space (Enterprise experience preferred)
+ Proven experience in using Salesforce.com and Marketo
+ Proven experience with data segmentation and prioritisation with insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g. data providers, social analysis, engagement scores) is desirable.
+ Self-starter, detail-orientated, excellent at prioritising and being a creative problem solver.
+ Driven, passionate team player that is goal & outcome orientated
+ Excellent communication skills and proven ability to build highly effective relationships across organisations, specifically in sales and marketing.
+ Understanding of marketing metrics and measurement
+ Advanced User of Microsoft Office
