Sells database software and technology, cloud engineered systems, and enterprise software products—particularly its own brands of database management systems.

Your new role

You will be driving high impact marketing for an impressive and established suite of SaaS applications and customer install base within Human Capital Management (HCM).

This will be an agile role spanning all of the SaaS portfolio when required. Focus and KPIs will be centred on the HCM business. Part of the role will also include execution support for ERP campaigns when required as part of the Back Office marketing strategy working with the ERP Marketing Manager.

Key Duties:

  • Develop and execute an integrated quarterly activity plan rolling up to an annual marketing plan of demand creation programs that drive revenue through direct and indirect sales teams.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work across local and regional teams to execute campaign outcomes.
  • Provide input and feedback to the JAPAC marketing organisation on regional needs as well as campaign effectiveness of campaigns undertaken; alignment to sales play business priorities.
  • Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of programs.
  • Develop new approaches and opportunities for improving efficiencies and productivity.
  • Proactively drive increase in ROI from marketing activities through focus on measurements tracking and closed loop marketing campaign execution.
  • Work with the business (e.g go to market, sales, pre-sales consultants etc) to identify market trends and needs and act to create opportunities in market leadership.
  • Ensure that marketing campaign tactics are appropriate and aligned with campaign effectiveness guiding principles and rules of engagement, and segment prioritization.
  • Your skills and experience

  • At least 5 years of experiences in marketing, of which at least:
  • 3 years in ICT or a similar complex organization targeting enterprise customers.
  • Proven record of supporting sales to meet or exceed pipeline and revenue targets.
  • Digital marketing knowledge, amplification: content platforms and publishers.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Self-starter with positive outlook and high energy level.
