Step into Learning is the training arm of VLN.

Job Description

To work collaboratively with the Senior Management Team (SMT) in the production of external marketing campaigns, email, mobile and social media marketing. To create engaging graphic content To researching and stay up to date with the latest marketing technology. Responsibilities could include:

  • Creation of social media marketing campaigns as directed by the SMT
  • Scheduling, monitoring & reviewing of campaigns
  • Research local need in order to inform SMT of local training needs.
  • Planning, maintenance and communication of the digital marketing calendar
  • Ensure that communications are accurate, consistent and delivered on time
  • Drive traffic to Step Into Learning pages and services.
  • Keep up to date with current industry, social and digital trends and suggest new ideas.
  • Communicate with potential learners, responding promptly to enquiries & maintaining an enquiries database
  • To manage the learner registration process
  • To monitor, collate and input all achievement evidence to meet monthly timeliness deadlines
  • To develop and run a Learner Voice data collection system, through the implementation of surveys, site visits and email contact
  • To oversee distribution, collate completed forms and input data from the Learner Voice questionnaires
  • Taking on other tasks or projects to support the VLN team, as and when required
