    The Opportunity
    We are currently seeking Matierals Coordinators to join the Supply team, with both full time and part time positions available. The Materials Coordinators are responsible for maintaining an efficient and effective imprest to all clinical areas by ensuring all areas have sufficient stock of type and quantity to service needs. The Materials Coordinator assists with the receiving, storing, issuing and delivering of goods for St Vincent’s Private Hospital. The role supports efficient accurate movement of goods across the facility while delivering high levels of customer service.

    The skills required are:

  • Experience working in a purchasing / stores or customer focused administration
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Experience in developing working relationships with stakeholders and suppliers
  • Willingness to learn and participate in development of the position and department
  • Commitment to the philosophy , mission , values and ethics and code of conduct of St Vincent’s Health Australia 
  • Excellent written & oral communication skills
  • Experience in the use of Microsoft Office Excel preferred
