TSA is currently on the hunt for a Sales Professional to join our growing company. Work in a small, friendly and supportive team where you’ll work directly with some big brands and clients from the start. You will have a unique mix of being a strategic thinker along with being able to work closely with business partners to cultivate authentic and long-term relationships.
We are looking for candidates who are based in Toowoomba, or who can commit to spending one week per month commuting to and servicing the Toowoomba region.
*What will a normal day look like?*
* Attend around 15 appointments per week delivering full service account management solutions
* Play an influential role in managing client retention; 90% of your portfolio are existing clients!
* Sell value-based marketing solutions that will optimise your clients’ business goals
* Function as a strategic advisor to clients, analyse and identify areas of improvement within the client’s current advertising traffic
* You get a buzz out of coming up with outstanding marketing strategies for your clients
* You love building genuine relationships and showing clients how we can add value to their business
* You can confidently convert new business deals and present campaign proposals
* You thrive in a KPI driven environment sourcing new business and achieving sales growth
* You are tech savvy, have great communication skills and possess a high level of professionalism
* You have a vehicle and current Australian license
