New Business Sales Development Representative

The Business Development Representative is a key role within the LogMeIn sales team, working across our ”Identity and ”Access” and ”Support” SaaS solutions, which are experiencing triple digit YOY growth. The role will be responsible for contacting targeted business prospects, some of whom have responded to marketing awareness campaigns and/or from targeted lists. The BDR will work to understand the current software set-up and business challenges at the prospect organization, introduce our solutions, provide relevant details, answer questions, and a consultative approach help prospects move into an evaluation cycle of the LogMeIn product that best suits their needs. The role is focused on dedicated outbound calling activities, executing on marketing campaigns and leads, and qualifying and developing inbound interest that all result in better qualified leads, new sales pipeline, increased conversions and revenue.Proactive lead generation through outbound call programs and follow-up of leads within assigned accountsResearch, create, develop targeted prospect listsReceive and qualify inbound prospect and customer inquiriesBook appointments for the Account Executives, develop opportunities and/or progress leads within assigned Accounts.Maintain detailed account profiles in corporate CRM application including activities, reports, and update management on account status, business opportunities and trendWork with product managers and sales engineers to keep an up to date knowledge of LogMeIn productsMaintain knowledge, awareness of competitive products and programs and communicate information learned with product managementProvide back-up to team members when they are out or traveling.
