About the Role
The (DPI) has a great opportunity for an experienced Non Graduate Lecturer to deliver quality and compliant sustainable agriculture and land management training across the state as part of Tocal College’s Vocational Education and Training Program.
Based at the (YAI), you’ll develop and deliver training to students in a range of agricultural topics and keep up to date with the latest developments and issues in practical farm management and sustainable agriculture, as well as within the VET industry and its frameworks.

You’ll be a confident people person with strong communication skills and the ability to professionally liaise with employers and other industry personnel to ensure courses remain relevant to industry needs. You’ll also have the experience to develop and deliver training which is informative, professional, understandable and practical and balances the needs of students with available resources and industry requirements.
To be considered for this role you will need to have a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116, as well as a Certificate III in Agriculture or Conservation Land Management or relevant qualification.
You’ll also need a current NSW Driver Licence and the ability and willingness to travel, and a current NSW Working with Children Check clearance (or the ability to obtain prior to appointment).
