What you’ll be doing
The Nurse Educator is responsible for the planning and development of education and training programs within the Intensive Care Services at Westmead Hospital. These programs will serve to facilitate the development of theoretical knowledge and clinical skills, culminating in the provision of quality patient care.
The Nurse Educator will work closely with the Nursing Executive to facilitate and support the delivery of these educational programs at the site level.
The Nurse Educator will also work closely with the Clinical Nurse Educators and Clinical Nurse Specialists with implementation, education and review of relevant Policy and Procedures relating to clinical practice across the facility People with disabilities who meet the selection criteria are encouraged to apply; and where required, WSLHD will implement reasonable adjustment consistent with industry standard.
