A little about the role:

We are seeking a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to join the team in Cairns, QLD in a permanent capacity. Commencing ASAP, the client is flexible, considering full time or part time hours to suit your needs. You will provide high quality assessment and treatment in aged care facilities including functional assessments, pain management, fall prevention and rehabilitation.

Duties you will be responsible for:

•Provide a high standard of assessment and treatment to an aged care caseload.
•Travel between aged care facilities as required.
•Work independently as well as part of a team.
•Collaborate effectively with others as and when required.
•Communicate effectively with team and patients.

Skills and Experience:

•Full AHPRA registration.
•Relevant tertiary qualification.
•Ability to work hit the ground running and work independently.
•Appropriate Driver’s Licence essential.
•Right to work in Australia.
•Experience working in a similar setting will be highly regarded.
