Due to continued growth and expansion, our client, who is based in Warriewood is seeking to fill this newly created position so that they can focus on being out and about, performing their trade and completing the ever growing list of jobs. As the Office and Administration Manager, you will ensure the smooth running of the back end of the business, using your superior organisation and planning skills to complete tasks in a timely and efficient manner whilst providing exemplary customer service, that will encourage business growth and positive referrals. 

This is an excellent opportunity for a mature minded individual seeking local flexible part time employment. Reporting to the business owner, the position is initially offered at approximately 5 hours per day, working 9-2pm, across 4 days per week, with the potential to increase as business grows. This position is available for an immediate start. 

The Position & Key responsibilities:

  • Handling all phone and email enquiries
  • Entering jobs into the database – currently using Arrow Flow
  • Complete rosters and allocation of jobs for the trades based staff 
  • Generating quotes and invoices in MYOB
  • Data entry
  • Tracking of jobs with Energy Australia
  • Any other ad hoc tasks to support the business owner
  • Skills Required:

  • Ability to multitask
  • Great organisational skills
  • Attention to detail, accurate data entry speed
  • Ability to deliver a high level of customer service
  • Prior knowledge of MYOB – highly regarded
  • Be able to offer your employer honesty, reliability and flexibility
