We’re looking for a candidate to fill this position in an exciting company. 

  • Driving high levels of customer service across the organisation
  • Rostering of workflow for transcriptionists, monitors, checkers, and administration
  • Ensuring service delivery meets company and clients expectations and KPI’s
  • Directly liaising with internal and external stakeholders including employees and independent contractors, on matters relating to quality, format, timeliness, transcript re-issues and audio quality
  • Training and development of resources
  • Management of national resources including HR related issues such as performance management and annual performance reviews
  • Assisting in management of office facilities

  • Able to demonstrate leadership and the ability to train and mentor staff
  • Have led a high performing team with a track record of process improvement
  • Be organised with a passion for staff development and leadership
