    ABOUT THE ROLE

    The Organisational Performance team are looking for a project support role to assist our leadership development, culture change program, continuous improvement, process mapping and change management specialists. If you have a background in leadership development, project management or a similar field and would like to be part of the business transformation agenda, this role is for you.

    SKILLS & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED TO PERFORM THIS ROLE

  • Tertiary studies in Project Management, or Leadership Development, or a related field and / or relevant experience in project management, project support, leadership development or a related field within a complex environment
  • High level of project support, administrative and organisational skills
  • High level communication skills
  • Ability to liaise with all levels of Council staff to facilitate relationships and gain co-operation and assistance
  • High level of computer skills, such as Word for Windows, Excel, PowerPoint, and the capacity to use corporate programs including online meeting tools and finance systems
  • Ability to set priorities and to plan and organise own work
  • Ability to work well with others, adjust priorities and to manage competing priorities for the benefit of the team.
