Own Brand Manager – FoodCo (15 Month Contract)

We have an exciting opportunity for an Own Brand Manager to join our team.
Building strong, trusted relationships between Merchandising and Own Brand
Identify and deliver against challenging COGS reduction targets
Lead the process of aligning NPD plans with wider strategic objectives (FoodCo, Food Group, Commercial etc) and through data-driven customer insights
Ensure delivery of new product to time, cost and quality
Land new ways of working, formalised with comprehensive contracts, with key suppliers
Drive availability and faster replenishment lead times
Support and guide the team through meaningful development plans, both the creation and ongoing delivering during the year
This role is responsible for managing all aspects of product development & sourcing while also focusing on improving and enhancing our customer’s perceptions of our value, quality, and range.
The successful candidate will coach, lead and develop their team as well as delivers targets on sales growth, profitability and market share.
