Maximize service level by ensuring use of validated packaging, as per latest innovations;
Support the learning curve for the European Logistics department, working with data from the various software systems (customer complaints, product non-conformances and internal process issues) and the QMS (procedures, forms and work instructions).
Drive improvements, related to customer satisfaction, overall logistics performance or cost reductions, mainly focused on packaging and reverse logistics;
Maintain compliance with ISO, IATA, OSHA, DOT, FAA, FDA Guidelines.
Daily coordination of all tasks related to supporting and maintaining a high level of execution towards our customers, from a quality perspective;
Work with 3PL partners with regards to being compliant to Beckman quality systems;
Work with 3PL partners with regards to being compliant to Beckman packaging requirements;
Attend periodic update meetings with customer service departments, driving improvement/sustainment of service levels;
Track and manage all in- and outbound delivery issues for the local Beckman teams at the 3PL warehouse(s) and drive improvements with the data;
Ensure timely and correct reporting of 3PL performance, in relation to quality and packaging;
Honours Bachelor’s Degree (Level 8) in supply chain management, Logistics or Data analytics;
APICS certification is a nice to have;
ISO education is a nice to have
4 to 5 years of experience in warehousing, logistics, quality or supply chain operations;
Experience with working in quality management system
Experience with packaging and cold chain
Experience with ERP tools (preferably Oracle);
Very good with reporting tools (Power BI, Oracle BI, MS Excel, SQL, MS Access, SmartSolve, etc.);
Fluent in English, any other European language nice to have;
Excellent reporting and presenting skills;
Able to work independent and remote;
Excellent communication skills;
Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks;
Team player and problem solver, able to work under high pressure;
Strong customer focus and service oriented;
Travelling might be required to other sites for projects, training or educational purposes.
