Our Assistant Managers run the Restaurant when the Restaurant Manager is not on duty. They direct other Team Members through their daily routines and interact with customers to make sure that the restaurant delivers Hero experiences, every time. Assistant Managers act as quality control and adhere to Chicken Treats operational systems at all times.
A role model for Chicken Heroes and Hero experiences
Liaising with customers, chicken treaters, suppliers, Business consultants and Restaurant Support Centre team members
Ensure the restaurant systems are in place and followed at all times
Ensure compliance and on shift management of hygiene, health and food safety utilising all brand standards and systems
Handling customer enquiries and complaints
Greeting and assisting customers
Handling some shift administration and paperwork
Shift substitutes managed to AHR
Stock and waste management
Setting targets and motivating team members to restaurant targets
