As the Partner Account Manager, you will create breakthrough opportunities for HERE and its Partners. You will be responsible for the end to end relationship with new and assigned Partners and execute on HERE’s Partner Program across Australia and New Zealand. HERE is growing our reach within targeted segments and your expertise within Transport & Logistics ( or Public Sector ) will see you solving real business problems using innovative technology. You understand the organization, structure, and business model of Partners and develop relationships with decision makers, and technical/sales operatives to ensure efficient communication and productivity. You will ensure that the partners are fully engaged and aligned with HERE’s vision, culminating in the co-creation of solutions which address agreed business drivers and challenges. Your main responsibilities include:·       Promoting and selling the full portfolio of HERE products and services to new and existing Partner solution providers·       Handling a sales quota and responsibility for building a very strong pipeline of opportunities ·       You will lead all aspects of Partner management, including product portfolio training, identifying and articulating the HERE value proposition, developing and executing the Partner business plan, and effective issue resolution.·       Leading and handling Partner initiatives and identifying new strategies & incentives for field engagement and business success·       Establishing full data accuracy in Salesforce and associated internal systems related opportunity pipeline·       Taking care of queries, partner concerns and actions quickly and efficiently, always maintain phenomenal communication  and provide a regular flow of information which contributes to the overall Partner experienceCollaborating closely with the HERE direct sales team and other key internal partners You are a strong match for the role if you possess the following skills , abilities and work experienceYou have a degree in business or related fieldsYou are passionate about sales with 8+ years of validated Business to Business sales/partner sales experience, preferably in IT Product or Platform companiesYou have experience in either of these sectors – Transport & Logistics or Public Sector You are a creative thinker willing to challenge status quo with new ideas, new approaches, and new solutions, while deeply understanding and respecting what works todayYou have strong problem-solving and influencing skills and the ability to conceptualize winning strategies, formulate strategic initiatives, and execute under tight timelinesEver checked in somewhere on social media Ever tracked your online orders You might be using HERE Technologies every single day without even realizing it.
