  • AHG is currently seeking a customer service expert to join the team as a Parts Interpreter at our Osborne Park Mazda dealership. Reporting to the Parts Manager, you will be responsible for contributing to an efficient and profitable parts and accessories department, through the purchase and resale of parts and accessories required for all vehicles merchandised by the dealership.
    Primarily, your role will be internal sales to our workshop and logistics teams, however you will also deal directly with the public, both in person and over the phone.

    In order to be successful in this role you will demonstrate a strong customer service and sales background. You will love providing outstanding service to your customers, and will strive to go above and beyond to solve problems.

    The successful candidate will assist with the following:

  • Ensure monthly targets are achieved.
  • Ensure customer service standards are met.
  • Interpret parts and accessories requirements via telephone, email and face to face.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers and suppliers.
  • Key qualifications and essential criteria:

  • Strong Customer Service/Sales background
  • An interest in the automotive industry
  • Current C class driver’s license – Manual preferred
  • Excellent computer literacy
  • Have a high level of presentation
  • Have excellent communication skills, both over the phone and in person
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure
  • Ability to prioritize effectively
