The Patient Experience Manager supports the Group Director, Nursing and Clinical Education and the Patient Experience Team to lead and coordinate the continuing development, implementation and evaluation of the Cabrini Health Strategy. The role supports the patient/resident/family experience and consumer participation in organisational decision making to ensure the provision of safe quality health care and an improved patient/resident/family experience.
The role will work closely with members of the Executive and the Patient Experience Team to provide mentoring and coaching to Cabrini employees, undertake service improvement initiatives related to patient experience results and objectives, inclusive of patient and family feedback.
The position is a full time role -38 hours per week.
