Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a hands-on Payroll Officer to join our national office. Working as part of a dynamic team located in either Karawatha, Brisbane OR Olympic Park, Sydney you will be part of an inclusive and hardworking team who are proud of processing high volumes of payroll requests monthly. As this is a senior role you will be required to have at least 5 years’ experience as well as experience with PRECEDA and be comfortable with Crystal reporting.

Your duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Processing monthly payroll (end to end)
  • Preparing and reconciling payroll tax, group tax and work cover levies
  • Processing leave requests, processing long service leave entitlements and other leave entitlements
  • Processing salary sacrifice arrangements
  • Processing payroll in accordance to various EBA's
  • Investigating and making required adjustments for payroll queries including leave, entitlements etc


Successful applicants will possess the below skills and attributes:

  • 5 + years experience working within full function payroll
  • Experience working with PRECEDA
  • Advanced Excel
  • Accurate and fast data entry
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/Stakeholder engagement
