We are currently searching for an experienced People & Culture Coordinator to join our team on a 9 month maternity leave contract.
Your new role will see you coordinating and delivering a range of HR activities with a focus on HR system administration, onboarding, employment contract management, records maintenance, general HR enquiries including award interpretation and reporting. You will also:
You will be a proficient and professional communicator with excellent interpersonal communication skills and able to communicate with people on all levels, from employees to senior stakeholders. Your can-do attitude, team orientated approach and genuine desire to help others coupled with the ability to perform within a dynamic environment will see you succeed.
You will be proficient in computer systems such as Microsoft Office including Excel and previous HRIS experience will be highly beneficial. A Bachelor Degree in Human Resources would be highly regarded along with your experience in a similar HR services role.
