The Performance Director is the key partner of all senior client relationships across Performance Media but not limited to Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic, Video, Social and Mobile channels and platforms. You will ensure Zenith’s performance capabilities are cutting edge and data centric with the focus to deliver outstanding value to clients whilst working with an integrated service model tailored to their individual needs. Qualifications: 7+ years minimum experience in digital, performance or ad techMust have an excellent grasp of Performance Media (planning and buying)Must have experience and working knowledge of performance media platforms – From Ad servers to DSPs/Bid Management Platforms, Analytics, Ad Verification Technology and Audience Planning Tools. Strong team management and leadership skills. Has proven abilities in mentoring, training and developing high performing teams. Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
