We are currently looking for a self-driven energetic individual to plan, develop and execute our digital marketing campaigns. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, the Performance Marketing Coordinator will be an analytical thinker who has is well versed in Excel and super well organised to coordinate and support highly influential paid search campaigns.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support the head of marketing, including: paid search (SEM, PLAs), organic search (SEO), digital display, retargeting, affiliate programs and paid social media
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals
  • Planning marketing campaigns with the Head of Marketing by working closely with other departments
  • Ensure that all campaigns are aligned to the greater business plan
  • Ensure that all campaigns are kept within budget
  • Proactively research new tools and technologies
  • Continuous improvement and optimisation of all channels
  • Ideal Candidate

    Essential criteria:

  • Experience with Google Analytics and Google AdWords
  • Experience developing media advertising mix modeling, measurement and attribution modelling
  • Ability to create and analyse complex spreadsheets and create detailed presentations
  • Ability to translate data and trends into strategies and compelling messaging that can be effectively communicated to C-suite executives
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with advanced written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong business acumen and strong organisational skills
  • Strong business negotiation skills and interpersonal influencing skills
  • Financial modelling and financial analysis in order to understand critical business measures
  • Ability to think on a broad scale, across many product and industry markets, in order to understand and analyse the needs and wants of customers
  • Manage multiple projects and work to tight deadlines
  • Desirable criteria:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within an agency environment will be highly valued
  • Tertiary education in online marketing, economics, or mathematics
  • Ability to read and write HTML and CSS
  • Proficiency in MySQL
  • Experience with email marketing and automation platforms
