The Role

An opportunity has become available for a Physiotherapist (Rehabilitation) to join Gold Coast Health (GCH) where the focus of our 10 000-strong team is on providing world-class health care to over 550,000 people living in the Gold Coast, and northern New South Wales region of Australia.

You will –

• Deliver rehabilitation physiotherapy services in accordance with prescribed professional and ethical standards

• Provide input into the development of clinical practices, procedures and protocols

• Commensurate with level of experience, provide student education and clinical practice supervision to less experienced physiotherapists under the guidance of more senior physiotherapy staff

• Work cooperatively and effectively within physiotherapy and multidisciplinary teams

About you

To be successful in this position you will require:

• A tertiary degree in Physiotherapy
• AHPRA Registration
• Evidence of vaccination, or be able to be vaccinated against – Measles, Mumps, Rubella, Varicella (Chicken Pox), Pertussis (Whooping Cough) and Hepatitis B
• Tuberculosis screening, to identify if the tuberculosis vaccination may be required
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed

Salary

• Permanent part time (22.8 hours per fortnight)

• Base salary ranging from $37.31 – $51.63 per hour
