One Rail Australia (Formally Genesee & Wyoming Australia Pty Ltd) is a progressive and established rail owner and operator in South Australia, New South Wales and the Northern Territory with over 650 staff. Within Australia ORA owns and operates the 2,200km Tarcoola to Darwin railroad as well as a number of New South Wales and regional South Australian railroads servicing bulk minerals and agricultural customers.
About the Role
Based in Alice Springs, the Track Scour Team is responsible for the repair of damaged infrastructure in the rail corridor between Tarcoola and Darwin including:
The team works in remote areas along the rail corridor on a 21 day on 7 day off roster including overtime. Accommodation and meal allowances are provided whilst working away from Alice Springs however this is a residential position not FIFO.

Demonstrated experience operating some or all of the following Plant and Machinery accompanied by the relevant licenses and tickets:
Certificate II or III in Rail Infrastructure and Certificate III in Civil Construction Plant Operations will be highly regarded.
