About the role

Rokt is looking to hire a Product Manager to own our performance reporting products and features. Our measurement & reporting teams are focused on supporting our clients to solve their measurement problems, working to surface metrics that matter in e-commerce and empower our clients to make proactive, value focused decisions. The reporting team is custodian of Rokt’s reporting infrastructure and responsible for ensuring Rokt’s reporting offering not only meets our clients needs but is also a delight to use. This includes reporting via our client portal (One Platform) or via reporting API.

Outcomes & responsibilities

  • Structure problems, identify solution options and manage evaluation processes including any supporting analysis, customer inputs or research
  • Develop clear product specifications for reporting features
  • Management of product delivery for reporting product features including backlog management and prioritisation recommendations for tasks/stories
  • Plan and manage go-to-market processes new reporting features
  • Maintain current knowledge of e-commerce reporting capabilities and new technologies/features in market
  • An active member of the broader product team, engaged in broader discussion and team building activities
  • Capabilities & requirements

  • Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Science, fields requiring analytical acumen , or equivalent practical experience
  • 2-4 years of experience in Product Management
  • Experience in performance reporting or comparable analytics positions.
  • Experience or existing knowledge in e-commerce/internet technologies is desirable
  • Comfortable with higher-grade mathematics
  • Demonstrated ability to break down complex problems, conduct relevant analysis, and evaluate and recommend solutions
