As a Product Owner, you will report into the Head of Claims and Delivery while designing and delivering a more transparent and simplified claims process – reducing the cost associated with claims handling. This role will see you embark on a journey of improved claims efficiency and overall management experience for members and providers. As Product Owner you will drive cross-functional teams to deliver on the vision of superior member/provider claiming experience. This role will see you implement technology, adopt contemporary and innovative best in industry processes, and establish new, agile ways of operating.

You will be best placed to succeed in this role with previous experience in product management. You will approach projects with systematic and process oriented thinking e.g. lean operations and project management. Your experience leading service teams in a complex environment is critical to delivering against the Claims and Delivery vision. This experience will also be modelled through your strong stakeholder management and ability to influence others. You will demonstrate a coaching style of leadership, developing and mentoring teams while reflecting on your own performance to identify growth opportunities. Proven analytical, evaluative and problem solving capability will also help you to succeed as Product Owner.
