Position Summary:

The candidate should have prior experience with their landscape and should understand all its integrating systems and core product. The Candidate should also have experience on their ways of working and should have hands on experience on their customized features. The candidate should have Guidewire Claim Center knowledge and its core functionalities on Reserves, Claim Transactions, Payments and financial modules. The candidate should act as both technical analyst and business analyst. The candidate should be able to work in Agile environment and should drive the meetings, workshops and elaborate requirement. The candidate should have work experience on Behavior Driven Development approach

Mandatory Skills:

  • Should have hands on experience in Guidewire ClaimCenter V7 and V10
  • Should have hands on experience in P&C Insurance spanning across personal lines, commercial line, CTP and Workers Comp
  • Should have hands on experience on Claim, Reserves, Claim Transactions, Payments and financial modules
  • Should have hands on experience on Finance Testing
  • Should have experience on Claim Center Product upgrade to support V7 to V10 upgrade
  • Effective Communication
  • Insurance domain industry knowledge
  • Agile experience
  • Specification by Example technique to write requirement
  •   Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Elaborates requirements
  • Drives business requirement workshops
  • Drives business solutioning workshops
  • Sets business processes, guidelines, frameworks
  • Typically acts as a single point of contact for business analysis track
  • Guides the delivery team during development
  • Reviews developed user stories
  • Demos work results to the Product Owner and other Stakeholders
  • Organize sessions with SMEs to gather the transformation and other business rules
  •   Qualifications & Certifications

  • Bachelor in Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • Over 5 years of Guidewire Claim Center experience along with Insurance domain industry knowledge
  • Preferably Insurance industry certifications
  • Employment Type: Permanent  Location: Brisbane Salary:  AUD 70000 – 170000 Per Annum
