The Opportunity

Our People Delivery Office is at the forefront of creating and transforming our digital experiences here at Woolworths, adopting a truly agile approach to their way of working. We’re growing, and are now on the lookout for a number of new team members to join us at this exciting time!

Working end-to-end with Squads, Tribes, Systems Teams and business stakeholders you’ll enable our team members with tangible solutions through playing a major role in large pieces of work and program improvement across service delivery and our team member experiences.

You’ll get involved in;

  • Leading initiatives including gathering, synthesising and defining business requirements, the completion of project governance activities, and stakeholder engagement
  • End-to-end stakeholder management for streams of work
  • Assisting business stakeholders define the priority of epics and stories, making this visible and clear for the team
  • Supporting the strategic direction and business engagement to drive adoption in the solution/s
  • Creating and maintaining design and process documentation
  • Contributing to change management activities (launch support, communication, listening sessions)
  • Enabling product enhancements through investigation with product vendors and BAU support teams
  • Data and reporting analysis to create meaningful insights to stakeholders and squad
  • Creating customer/user personas during the delivery of work
  • Collaborating with other program specialists to ensure that squad backlog is prioritised appropriately to meet cross team dependencies and remove impediments

Who we’re looking for

We’re looking for open and honest team members who have an aptitude for people systems and exceptional stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll have also demonstrated;

  • Experience in Program or Process Improvement
  • Strong business acumen and ability to apply end to end lens across processes
  • Experience applying lean process improvement methodology and tools
  • Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to identify issues and opportunities within complex systems and processes
  • Previous exposure to SuccessFactors, SAP Payroll, Kronos and/or WorkJam 
  • Good aptitude for systems with an ability to learn the complexities quickly
  • Experience in stakeholder management, facilitating workshops and focus groups to explore opportunities for improvements and developing business requirements
  • Experience developing instructional and procedural documentation and presentation
