The role of ProjectAdministratorwill be to support busy Engineering teams in both Administration, document control and general office support tasks, ensuring teams are sufficiently organized and maintain operational practicesand consistency for theclient.

These support functions will include space and seating Management, Project Administration, Coordination of activities with discipline leads, supporting teams with administration tasks, document formatting & control and coordination support

The suitable ProjectAdministratorwill have a proven ability in an Administrative or Coordination role, with a background in working across a variety of project IT systems to record information and data across various project groups and committees. This role will be proactive and work closely with our Joint Venture partners, as well as AECOM Engineers and Project Managers.

Proven experience in an Administrative or Office Support role (5 years+)

Excellent customer service skillset and confident in communication (verbal and written)

Prior exposure to admin support such as; document formatting & control, Diary Management, and coordination support

Ability to maintain and manage various project org charts in line with structural or hierarchical changes

Ability to manage day-to-day operations as well as support multiple and varied projects in general administration support

Evidence of minute-taking and generating actions from meetings

Highly developed communication, analytical and problem solving skills

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word

Experience is using document control systems eg aconex/teambinder

Experience in use of businesswise (desirable)

Data entry and maintaining database information.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Administrative related qualification at any level (not essential).
