The Corporate Activity Team provides specialist support andproject management to clients in relation to their corporate activity in thebroad categories of capital raising, merger and acquisitions, dividends,distributions, Tax requirements and capital management. Many of our clientswill raise funds via the equity market, disburse dividend proceeds, engage intakeovers or use surplus funds to buy-back shares. This activity is oftencritical to our client’s corporate calendar and strategic direction.
We have an opportunity for someone to join the CorporateActivity team as a Project Co-ordinator supporting Payment Services andCorporate Actions. This is available on an 11 month contract.
