A boutique consultancy providing working on behalf of a Government account. They are currently seeking to appoint a Project Manager on a contractual basis to work on a social housing portfolio.
The main responsibilities of this role will be to support the design, implementation and coordination of projects, policies and practices to meet delivery needs. A main function of this role will be to manage and influence stakeholder relationships both internally and externally and to engage external contractors and reporting
To be successful in this role it is essential that you have a number of years experience working within the government or the community housing sector. You must be able to demonstrate effective writing skills and possess high level of attention to detail and accuracy for documentation. Working as the conduit between the Governing body and the Builder/Contractor, it is essential to be able to communicate and influence multiple stakeholders.
This is an immediate contract with the view for permanency.
