Line of Service
Job Description & Summary
With PwC, you’ll ignite a meaningful career while being supported by a flexible working culture, innovative learning and development opportunities and progressive policies and benefits, such as 18 weeks paid parental leave for mums, dads and foster carers (with no minimum service requirement!)
What will you create?
We work closely with major Australian government agencies to provide advice and assurance on the delivery of the country’s biggest programs and projects.
As an experienced Project Management professional in our successful Transformation Assurance team you will have an opportunity to:
Act as a trusted advisor to build relationships with project directors, executives and team members in relation to transformation activity
Help our clients gain confidence that key projects and programs are aligned to their strategic outcomes, are on track and will deliver the required quality of output
Contribute to business development by identifying new opportunities to continue the growth of the team
Coach and mentor junior colleagues and build internal relationships
We are looking for candidates who ideally have a background in project/program management; leading Project Management Offices or business analysis and are skilled in proactively identifying project risks. You have an understanding of project management methodologies (preferably with Agile, MSP, PRINCE2 or a similar certification) and feel comfortable being a part of Project, Program and Portfolio reviews.
Due to the nature of our work, you must be an Australian Citizen who has a Security Clearance or the ability to obtain this.
Passionate about being at the forefront of change, you’re ready to help our Trust & Risk team transform how risk is perceived and capitalised on.
You’re collaborative and enjoy working in an innovative environment. You’re a problem solver by nature and want to join a firm that values the kind of people who reimagine the possible for their clients and stakeholders. Most importantly, you act with integrity and show care for the people you work with.
