We are looking for a dynamic property manager to join our team in Karratha. You will be an integral part of the day to day operations servicing a portfolio of up to 750 properties. This is a Karratha town-based residential position working a Monday to Friday roster,10 hours per day. This is not a FIFO position, FIFO will not be considered.

Reporting to the Housing Manager you will be responsible for the daily management of the property portfolio keeping accurate records for tenants and our client. The key duties include but are not limited to completing tenancy inspections, managing housing applications, handling contracts pertaining to the property, reporting maintenance concerns, addressing tenants needs and carrying-out exit inspections all in accordance to company process.
To be successful in this role you will ideally have more than 3 years of experience in residential property management along with your property management license, a current drivers licence and possess intermediate to advanced excel and computer literacy skills. Knowledge of PIMS Property management is an advantage along with the ability to provide exceptional customer service. It is imperative that you have passion and flare for property management, a fresh and positive attitude to delivering exceptional service levels as you will be liaising with a variety of people from tenants to all levels of management.
Knowledge of facilities management and property administration will give you a huge advantage in this role. Having the ability to take ownership of your role is crucial. We’re a customer/client focused service provider so you’ll need to ensure that your stakeholder management skills are operating at a high level, at all times. This position will suit a well organised and self-motivated individual who is able to listen to customer needs and provide expert service and communicate in a friendly manner, providing service with a smile.
