The Acute Care Team at the Moranbah Hospital is looking for a Mental Health Clinician to join their team on a Permanent Full Time basis.

The Mental Health and AOD Service is comprised of eight clinical teams across the Mackay HHS. The Mental Health Service is responsible for the provision of comprehensive, specialised mental health assessment and treatment services across the age-spectrum for people with severe and complex mental health problems. Our services aim to be consumer focused and recovery oriented and are provided in a variety of settings including community, an acute inpatient unit, hospitals and emergency departments.

Your role:

The position will be based at the Moranbah Community Mental Health and co-located with the local Hinterland Mental Health Team. The position will provide Intake and triage functions as part of the Mackay Division of Mental Health Acute Care Team. The position will work a standard roster Monday to Friday 0800 to 16:30 with RDO accrual.
