Quality Business Partner (Clinical) – Belmont

Our Quality Business Partner actively leads, coordinates, and develops best practice systems to support safe and high quality service delivery.

You will be responsible for providing comprehensive quality management advice, implementing quality and auditing systems, as well as establishing quality outcome processes and measurements to evidence service quality. 

Key skills include:

  • Registered with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse
  • Alignment to our Baptistcare values
  • Previous experience in Accreditation assessment and or quality evaluation
  • Experience in interpreting and applying Standards and measuring and monitoring their outcomes
  • Excellent conceptual and analytical skills, with a capacity to think strategically and operationally
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to negotiate, engage and motivate. 

A broad range of experience within the Aged Care Sector, and an understanding of the Aged Care Standards is highly desirable.
