Work with an energetic and fast paced recruitment team to provide a high level of support as a Recruitment Resourcer.

Your New Position

  • Daily support to a very busy HR and Recruitment Team
  • Sourcing, screening and on-boarding a high volume of new applicants
  • Completing all relevant candidate pre-employment checks including; reference and background checks accurately and efficiently
  • Ensuring 100% compliance and accuracy across all new employee files
  • Liaising with all internal key stakeholders to provide regular updates on recruitment activities.
  • Your Skills and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Recruitment/Resourcer role is essential
  • Excellent attention to detail to complete all pre-employment checks accurately and on time
  • Strong time management and ability to prioritise in a fast paced working environment
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a busy team
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and multiple CRM systems.
